Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you face any issue with your order, we offer exchanges only — no returns.
In exceptional cases, you may receive a store credit in your wallet.


Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every product before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at praakimail@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and ensure your exchange is processed or your wallet credit is issued promptly.

Exchanges for damaged items will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery pieces (such as earrings) cannot be exchanged once worn.
Additionally, sale items, custom-made jewellery, and gift cards are non-exchangeable.


Store Credit

In special cases where an exchange is not possible, we will issue a store credit to your wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
