Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as new collection launches or festive sales), processing time may take a little longer — but we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹799

    • A small delivery fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹799

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
We’re working to make PRAAKI jewellery available worldwide soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use that link to track your shipment in real time.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 days of your order, please contact us at 📩 praakimail@gmail.com.

Delays and Delivery Issues

We always aim to deliver your order on time. However, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 days after dispatch, please reach out to us at praakimail@gmail.com with your order details, and our team will assist you immediately.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange for an exchange or wallet credit as per our policy.

In rare cases of lost or undelivered packages, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue or offer a suitable solution.
